We have not progressed much in time since the last update but we have moved on leaps and bounds in development terms, hence another update.
We now have a Jumperoo loving laughing bundle of joy. She has recently begun laughing proper giggles when we tickle her chin and talk to her. She also grins from ear to ear when she forces off your lap with her legs, she loves it. When she pushes up she feels so strong I'm not sure if she has much chance of being a dainty lady.
We are firmly Jumperoo lovers, we have had ours for all three of the kids and both the boys totally loved their Jumperoo time. Now Olivia has firmly joined the club, she is fully supporting her head now so we decided to try her in it. She spent 15 minutes the first time just looking around taking it all in, then when she went in it for a second time she spent a period of time just holding on the the butterfly. This has been the single most value for money toy we have got for the kids. It cost us £50 from the paper but was new in box, it has done a good turn for all three kids (well it will for Olivia in time).
She is quiet the sleeper now she will happily go down at about 7 and sleep right through till 1/2 am then have a bottle and go back down. From time to time she has an awake hour or two but I think that can be put down to colds and sniffles.
We are getting more and more interaction from Olivia and it is so nice to see her respond to you, I remember the feeling with the boys and its wonderful that I can experience it again.
Just a quick update, I had to tell you about our Jumperoo exploits. We are dying to know how much she weighs so, we shall get down to the community center and get her weighed just when we find someone to sit with the boys.

Happy 10 weeks! WOW she is in there early. We waited till 4 months but I think Emma would have liked it even earlier. Jumparoo's are definitely cute. I am sad that she is now at the last notch for the height which means she won't be in it much longer. :(
ReplyDeleteBoth the boys were in much later than her she is so mega strong its unbelieveable ! I bet she is going to be stronger that the boys at most milestones I can see her walking much before the boys :-D
DeleteAwwwww! She is so cute! My son LOVED his jumper-roo.
